
Supplies:
- Cast Iron Skillet with lid. If you do not have a lid use foil for covering.
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons
- Cutting board
- Knife– 4 inch pairing
- Colander
Ingredients:
- 1 lb brussel sprouts- trimmed and cut in half
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Onion, Garlic and Salt Free Greek Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to roast 425F.
- Wash brussel sprouts.
- Cut the ends off of the brussel sprouts and cut in half lengthwise.
- Add all ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well to coat.
- Add mixture to cast iron pan.
- Cover pan with lid or aluminum foil.
- Cook for 35 minutes.
