Supplies:
- 1/4 or 1/2 sheet pan
- Silicone baking mat
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb cooked langostino lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Bake 450F.
- Combine roasted red pepper sauce, black pepper and the arrowroot starch in bowl and stir well.
- Add lobster tails and coat well.
- Line sheet pan with baking mat.
- Place lobster tails on mat.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
