Instructions:
- 4-6 oz Mahi Mahi Fillets
- 2 teaspoons Onion, Garlic and Salt Free Greek Seasoning
- 5 oz Kalamata Olives
- 2 oz capers
- 2 lemons
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to bake 425F.
- Cut lemons into slices.
- In the small mixing bowl, combine the olives and the capers.
- Arrange Parchment Packets.
- Place each sheet of parchment paper on counter.
- Place one filet in the center of each sheet of parchment paper.
- Add ½ teaspoon of seasoning and coat the filet.
- Add 2 lemon slices onto each filet.
- Divide the olive and caper mixture into 4 portions and place on top of lemons.
- Fold parchment paper to create a sealed packet.
- Place each packet on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes- 145 or cook until flesh is opaque and separates easily with a fork.
