Are you dairy free but really love your Tzatziki? Me too! I have created a tzatziki sauce using a base of coconut yogurt! I love this paired with vegetables, chicken, fish and as a marinade!
Supplies:
- Measuring spoons
- Cutting board
- Colander
- Citrus press
- 8 inch chef knife
- Vitamix or high speed blender
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 bunches of dill
- 1 cup Cocoyo pure coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Onion, Garlic and Salt Free Greek Seasoning
- 4 lemons
Instructions:
- Wash produce
- Coarsely chop dill and add to blender
- Slice cucumbers and add to blender.
- Add Onion, Garlic and Salt Free Greek Seasoning.
- Cut lemons in half and using the citrus press, press juice into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
