Paleo Teriyaki Pork Meatballs

This is a versatile recipe in that you can substitute out for other ground meats. These are great to make as a meal prep and add to salads, vegetables and sauces for a great protein source.

Pork is a great source of protein as well as other nutrients such as zinc, iron, B vitamins, selenium as well as antioxidants such as glutathione. 

Look for pasture raised pork when purchasing for improved omega 3 profile!

Here I have made a triple batch for meal prep!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to bake 450F
  • Line sheet pan parchment paper or silicone baking sheetAdd ground pork to bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Form meatballs about the size of your palm and place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160F
