
Ingredients:
- 2 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to convection bake 425F
- Place foil in the bottom of the baking sheet
- Place drying rack on top of foil
- Add chicken to mixing bowl
- Add Dijon mustard, white pepper, red chili flakes and mix until chicken is evenly coated
- Place chicken on drying rack
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165F



Combine all ingredients in a bowl and coat evenly
