I have become accustomed to not eating out due to my health issues worsening when I do, but goodness do I miss Indian food! I feel that the complexity of this cuisine and its spices is hard to replicate, especially when needing to remove garlic and onion. I continue to play around in the kitchen trying to find the right flavor. I have finally created a seasoning that brings back that lovely flavor for me! Try this on chicken, meat, fish, vegetables and in curries! Let me know what you think!
Recipe makes just under 1 cup of seasoning (14 tablespoons)!
Ingredients:
- 8 Tablespoons Garam Masala
- 4 Tablespoons Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Fenugreek Powder
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a mason jar.
- Shake well.
- Store in mason jar with airtight lid.
