Supplies:
- 1/4 or 1/2 sheet pan
- Silicone baking mat
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb shrimp, shell and tail off
- 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
- 1 teaspoon Montreal style seasoning “The Charles”. If you do not have you can use 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Bake 450F.
- Combine roasted red pepper sauce, seasoning and the arrowroot starch in bowl and stir well.
- Add shrimp and coat well.
- Line sheet pan with baking mat.
- Place shrimp on mat.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
