Sheet Pan Shrimp with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

 Supplies:

  1. 1/4 or 1/2 sheet pan
  2. Silicone baking mat
  3. Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 1.5 lb shrimp, shell and tail off
  2. 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
  4. 1 teaspoon Montreal style seasoning “The Charles”. If you do not have you can use 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of red chili flakes.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to Bake 450F.
  2. Combine roasted red pepper sauce, seasoning and the arrowroot starch in bowl and stir well.
  3. Add shrimp and coat well.
  4. Line sheet pan with baking mat.
  5. Place shrimp on mat.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
