Supplies:
- Cutting Board
- Cut resistant gloves
- 8 inch chefs knife
- Large mixing bowl
- Sheet pan
- Parchment paper or Silicone Baking Mat
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes. You can use any color! In this recipe I used white flesh and purple flesh sweet potatoes.
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Onion and Salt Free Shawarma Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to bake 425 F.
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- Cut sweet potatoes into cubes.
- Add sweet potatoes and seasoning to mixing bowl and mix well to coat the sweet potatoes.
- Lay sweet potatoes onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or sweet potatoes are fork tender.
