There really isn’t much to this recipe and I think that is the best part! No added seasonings or ingredients needed. The long cook of the bell peppers will bring out a perfect flavor and sweetness! Make a large batch to use later! Try them on a salad, in your morning eggs or in a pasta sauce for some added flavor and nutrients!
Bell peppers are packed with Vitamin C!
Supplies:
Ingredients:
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Orange Bell Peppers
- 2 Yellow Bell Peppers
Note: You can use any color that you like 🙂 I prefer the variety of colors for the added mix of nutrients.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to bake 425 F.
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- Using the bell pepper corer or a knife, remove stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
- Lay bell peppers onto the baking sheet open side down.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
