Supplies:
- Cast Iron Skillet with lid. If you do not have a lid use foil for covering.
- Measuring spoons
- Cutting board
- 8 inch chef knife
- Colander
- Basting brush
Ingredients:
- 1 head medium cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Onion, Garlic and Salt Free Greek Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to roast 425 F.
- Wash and remove stem and greens from base of cauliflower.
- Place cauliflower in cast iron skillet.
- Combine the seasoning and olive oil to create a paste.
- Using a basting brush, brush on the seasoning and oil mixture to coat the entire cauliflower.
- Place lid over pan (or foil).
- Roast covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and continue to roast for an additional 50 minutes until golden brown.
