These chicken wings are a perfect appetizer. I know this because my husband ate half the batch before I could even take the photos! Cooking the chicken wings on the grill creates a great crispy texture without the need to fry and ruin the health of the meal. The initial bite is mild. After a few seconds you will feel the heat and spice that makes Thai food so delicious. Given the example of my husband, you might need to make a double batch!
