This is a basic recipe! Basic does not have to be boring and cooking does not have to be complicated! A few minutes of prep is all that you need sometimes to enjoy a simple side! The grill brings out the natural sweetness of the bell peppers and provides a refreshing taste perfect for a summer day! I use minimal oil in my cooking but you can increase the olive oil to your desired taste! Serve this along with your favorite grilled protein and you have a simple meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs bell peppers
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to low
- Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers
- Place on the grill tray
- Place bell peppers on the grill
- Cook for 11 minutes
- Flip the peppers
- Cook for additional 11 minutes, until soft
- When done, remove from heat
