This recipe seems basic and it is! It is a simple way to grill up summer squash for a flavorful side. Add the olive oil at the end to increase your bodies absorption of nutrients. You can change this recipe up and add your favorite seasonings or just enjoy the natural sweetness that is produced by the grill!

- 2 lbs summer squash
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to low
- Cut the summer squash in half, and then in half again
- Place on grill tray
- Place squash on grill
- Cook for 11 minutes
- Flip squash
- Cook for additional 11 minutes, until fork tender
- When done, remove from heat
