Ingredients:
- 1 lb Halibut Fillet
- 2 Tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Thai seasoning
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Roast 425 F
- Combine all ingredients except the salmon in a bowl and mix well to dissolve the arrowroot powder
- Add halibut
- Marinate for 30 minutes
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Place halibut skin side down on sheet pan over parchment paper
- Pour remaining marinade over the fish
- Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes
