Ingredients:
- 1 lb Salmon Fillet
- 2 Tablespoon coconut amino
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Thai seasoning
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Roast 425 F
- Combine all ingredients except the salmon in a bowl and mix well to dissolve the arrowroot powder
- Add salmon
- Marinate for 30 minutes
- Line a sheet pan with foil
- Place salmon skin side down on sheet pan over foil
- Pour remaining marinade over the fish
- Roast in oven for 10-12 minutes
