You can decrease the chili powder to your taste as well! I love this seasoning on basically everything. It goes great on fish, chicken, beef, pork and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoon Lemongrass powder
- 2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 2 teaspoons Ground Kefir Lime Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Ground Thai Chili
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a Mason Jar
- Shake well
- Store with airtight lid
