Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Chicken Wings
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, Onion and Salt Free Santa Maria Style Seasoning
Instructions:
- Heat gas grill to low
- Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl
- Mix well to coat the chicken wings with the seasoning
- Place on prep tray
- Place wings on heated grill
- Cook on “Low” direct heat for 11 minutes
- Flip chicken wings
- Cook another 11 minutes or until crispy and to an internal temperature of 165F
- Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes
