The sweet potato nectar in this recipe adds a natural sweetness which blends well with hint the of sweetness in my Santa Maria Style Seasoning
Supplies:
Ingredients:
- One medium head of cauliflower chopped into florets
- 2 lb brussel sprouts, ends cut and sliced and half
- 2 tablespoons sweet potato nectar
- 1 tablespoon Santa Maria Style Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to bake 425 F
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well to coat the vegetables
- Lay vegetables onto parchment paper
- Bake for 20 minutes or until vegetables are fork tender
