Fresh halibut is a perfect summer fish! It is light, filling, and packed with nutrients. Halibut is a great source of protein with one serving containing 42 grams! Halibut also provides heart healthy omega 3 fats as well as vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Niacin.
