My local co-op recently started sourcing FRESH Gulf Shrimp and it is incredible! I never pass up the chance to purchase when it is available. This recipe is one of our favorites and the best part is it’s simplicity! You can put this recipe together in just a few minutes making it a great weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb shrimp, shell and tail off
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning. You can also substitute out with ¾ teaspoon black pepper and ¼ teaspoon of red chili flakes.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to roast 450F
- Combine orange juice, coconut aminos, ginger, arrowroot starch and seasoning in a bowl and stir well to dissolve the arrowroot starch.
- Add shrimp and coat well
- Line sheet pan with foil
- Place shrimp on pan
- Roast for 10 minutes
