This recipe was developed for my husband Charles after hearing him going through the pantry looking for Montreal Seasoning to go with a farm fresh steak from 1915 Farm! We have been taking advantage of some great weather in Houston during this Stay at Home order and grilling every night!!! I have adapted this recipe to be salt, garlic and onion free so those watching their sodium intake and on the Low FODMAP diet can still enjoy! This seasoning is perfect for steak, chicken and fish on the grill!
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seed
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a mason jar
- Shake well
- Store in mason jar with airtight lid
