Supplies:
- Baking Pan
Ingredients:
- 2 lb chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon arrowroot starch
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Bake 425 F
- Combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and arrowroot starch and mix well
- Add the chicken and coat evenly
- Coat roasting pan or baking dish with olive oil
- Add chicken and coat again with the sauce
- Stir after 15 minutes
- Cook for 20-25 minute until temperature of chicken is 165F
- Stir after chicken is done cooking and let rest for 10 minutes
