This recipe was inspired when helping a friend recreate her favorite take-out salad! Salads can be a calorie, sodium and sugar trap! Making your own dressing is simple! This dressing takes just a few minutes to prepare! Fill a bowl with your favorite greens, roasted veggies and protein and you have a complete meal!
Ingredients:
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 oranges
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a mason jar
- Shake well
- Store with airtight lid
