My first trip to Ireland was in 2011 when pregnant with my son. I didn’t know anything about Irish food and our dining experience centered around pub fare which I did not find a taste for! Maybe it was the pregnancy? We quickly found a Thai food restaurant and ate there every day! Being of Irish heritage I just couldn’t accept that this was the limit of Irish cuisine! As my passion for cooking developed I dug deeper into the history of Irish cooking. I discovered a cuisine rich in herbs, spices and flavor with influences from surrounding countries! In honor of this I have created this seasoning! Its amazing on everything! Chicken, fish and vegetables are our go to here!
