Move over buffalo wings, this chicken wing recipe has become the winner in my home!! The flavor of dill stands out! Pair with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Equipment:
- Roasting pan
- Roasting rack
- Foil
Ingredients:
- 4 lb chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon Luck of the Irish seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch

Instructions
- Line roasting pan with foil for easy clean up
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well
- Place bowl in fridge and let marinate for one hour
- Once marinated, set oven to Bake 400F
- Place chicken wings on the roasting rack evenly
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Turn wings
- Bake for another 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165F
