Supplies
⦁ 10 inch nonstick skillet
⦁ Fish Spatula for turning
Ingredients:
⦁ Fish
⦁ 2 Tuna Steaks
⦁ 2 tsp olive oil
For the Marinade:
⦁ 1 tablespoon minced ginger
⦁ 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
⦁ 1/4 cup coconut vinegar
⦁ 1/2 tsp black pepper
⦁ 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
⦁ Juice of one blood orange (navel or Valencia orange will work also)
⦁ 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
Instructions:
⦁ In a small bowl combine marinade ingredients
⦁ Place tuna steaks in marinade and turn to coat both sides
⦁ Place in fridge for 30 minutes
⦁ After 30 minutes, place olive oil in pan and heat non-stick skillet
⦁ Cook tuna on each side for about 4 minutes (duration varies depending on your preference)
