This might be one of the easiest things to do!! Balsamic reduction can be pricy so why not try making your own.
Supplies:
Saucepan
Ingredients:
One bottle of your favorite balsamic vinegar (17oz)
Instructions:
⦁ Add entire bottle of balsamic vinegar to saucepan
⦁ Turn heat to medium
⦁ Bring to a boil
⦁ Once boiling reduce to a simmer and let the vinegar reduce to ½ of the original volume (usually 20-30 minutes)
⦁ Let cool
⦁ Once cool place in a mason jar and store in the fridge
⦁ Enjoy over veggies, meat, salads, seafood and more!! A little goes a long way here!
