Ingredients:
⦁ 2 red bell peppers
⦁ 1 orange bell pepper
⦁ 1 yellow bell pepper
⦁ 1 tsp black pepper
⦁ 2 tsp balsamic reduction
⦁ 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
⦁ Remove stem and seeds from bell peppers
⦁ Cut bell peppers in half, followed by strips, followed by cutting each strip in half to get one-inch pieces
⦁ Add olive oil to cast iron and heat pan
⦁ Once heated add peppers and cook, stirring often for about 5 minutes
⦁ Add 1 tsp balsamic reduction and cook until cooked through (fork tender).
⦁ Once cooked add remaining 1 tsp of balsamic and stir
