My husband has perfected this simple sea bass recipe. This is the first meal we cook when my parents visit and our go-to “special occasion” dinner! There’s nothing “fancy” about it but when you taste it you will realize why! Serve with roasted veggies or a salad and you have a complete meal!
Ingredients:
2- 6 0z Chilean Sea Bass Fillets
1 teaspoons Go-To Seasoning
Instructions:
⦁ Insert enameled cast iron skillet into oven
⦁ Turn oven on to convection bake 425 F
⦁ Let the pan heat up while the oven preheats
⦁ Once the oven has come to temperature, using protective gloves, remove pan from the oven and add the fish skin side down
⦁ Add ½ tsp of seasoning to each fish fillet
Return the pan to the oven and bake for 30 minutes. You will notice the fish becomes crispy on the top and the flesh starts to pull apart.
