Ingredients:
- 2 lbs rainbow carrots cut in half followed by lengthwise
- 1 tsp Go-To Seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Convection Roast 425 F
- Lightly coat the bottom of the cast iron pan with olive oil. I love this pan from Lodge for this recipe LODGE cast iron combo-dutch oven and skillet/griddle.
- Add carrots
- Top with seasoning and mix
- Roast for 40-50 minutes until fork tender, stir halfway through
