Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of zucchini- ends cut off and cut lengthwise
- 1 tsp Go-To Seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to Convection Bake 425F
- Line sheet pan with parchment paper
- Lay summer squash on sheet pan evenly
- Bake for 10-12 minutes- duration based on desired tenderness
- When done place in a bowl and toss with 2 tsp olive oil
